When you drive past you can see Lydiard Park is clearly on its way up! Most concrete slabs have been completed and timber framing is now well underway. Construction has been sequenced in stages due to space and access requirements so there will be some homes that appear more advanced than others but all homes will be completed at the same time.
Construction is on track for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
Although we are thrilled to see people so enthusiastic about the project and their new home (we are too!), to ensure the safety of everyone and in accordance with the project builder’s safety plan and COVID restrictions, please ensure that you are not entering the building site unannounced or without prior notification to Buxton Real Estate and the project builder.
